- Production & Shipping Times: Custom orders are processed in 10 to 12 business days, with standard delivery taking 2 to 3 business days within the USA via USPS. You will receive full tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- 3-Day Inspection Window: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. All claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or non-conforming items must be emailed to support@buycustomboxes.us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Free Reprints for Defects: If we make a production error, we will reprint your order at no extra cost. To qualify, you must return the original order to us at your own expense within 7 working days.
- Return & Refund Terms: Returned items must be unopened and undamaged. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days, though setup and original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total.
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are solely responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
